Size Doesn't Matter - Printing Up to 196" Wide (16' 3")

Our unique printing technology allows us to print small to large mesh banners as one SEAMLESS piece up to 196" wide. If the mesh banner size must go beyond 16' H x necessary length, don't worry! We can heat weld pieces together to make gigantic mesh banners.

Material Matters

Our standard material is a 9 oz. mesh vinyl with an 80/20 airflow rate. The airflow rate is one of the keys to our success. Some companies try to use a 65/35 or 70/30 airflow mesh vinyl. However, their graphics will look ghosted or dull because there is not enough material for the ink to gather.

By using a 9 oz. mesh vinyl with an 80/20 airflow rate, your graphics will have awesome color vibrancy and pop. Our 9 oz. mesh banner material also has the following additional properties:

• Gloss surface to produce vivid graphics
• Tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and waterproof to withstand various weather conditions
• NFPA-701 fire test rating for optimal protection
• 1000x1000 denier for extreme durability

Lightning Fast Speed

With our fleet of multiple large and grand format printers, we can produce over 7,000 sq. ft./hr. To put that into perspective, that is around (220) 4' x 8' banners/hr. or (13) 16' x 32' banners/hr.

Superb HD Image Quality

All vinyl banners are produced using our high-definition printing process, which offers phenomenal color consistency, clarity, and vibrancy at up to 1200 DPI.

We Finish Strong

Our vinyl banners are available to finish with grommets or pole pockets. Unless told otherwise, we always fold the edges and heat seam at 1200 degrees. This not only reinforces the grommets or creates a pole pocket, but it also gives each banner a professional and finished edge.
